CAREER AND IMAGE COACHING
Work in-person with trained professionals to perfect your resume, practice your elevator pitch, and prepare for an interview. Image coaches will then work with you to select an outfit to look your best for your interview.
JOB ACQUISITION CLASS
Our three week Moving Forward program is designed to show you everything you need to know to land the job you want. This program includes resume preparation, mock interview sessions, and other support to help you navigate your career and prepare for success.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Are you already working but looking for a lifelong network of support? Build your network with our Professional Women’s Group! Our monthly meetings focus on peer networking and career development.
Stories of Success
Since 1998, Dress for Success Tampa Bay has served over 38,000 women in the Tampa Bay community through referrals from hundreds of non-profit and government agencies. Through our three signature programs and services, we provide women with the resources, tools and support they need to not only secure gainful, fulfilling employment, but to continue growing personally and professionally long after their last appointment.
We serve all women in an inclusive and gender expansive way, to include cis, trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, gender queer, and any woman-identified person. Additionally, we serve all women regardless of circumstance or situation, including recent incarceration, homelessness, relocation, or career gaps due to caregiving, layoffs, etc.
